Capillary Electrophoresis –Quadrupole-Time of Flight – Mass Spectrometry System (CE-QTOF-MS)

Our powerful CE-QTOF-MS system features an Agilent 7100 CE system coupled to the Agilent 6500 iFunnel Quadrupole-Time of Flight (Q-TOF) mass spectrometer to achieve high efficiency separations with high mass accuracy and sensitivity for large scale metabolomics initiatives in a wide variety of biological matrices. Furthermore, the Q-TOF offers MS/MS experiments that enables structural elucidation and characterization for unknown metabolite identification.

Capillary Electrophoresis – Time of Flight – Mass Spectrometry System (CE-TOF-MS)

Our versatile CE-TOF-MS system is equipped with an Agilent 7100 CE system coupled to the Agilent 6230 high resolution, Time of Flight (ToF) mass spectrometer that enables high efficiency separations suitable for untargeted metabolomics in characterizing and accurately quantifying small molecules in complex, sample matrices with wide dynamic ranges.

Capillary Electrophoresis – Ion Trap – Mass Spectrometry System (CE-IT-MS)

Our powerful CE-IT-MS system features an HP G1600AX 3D Capillary Electrophoresis coupled to an XCT ion trap mass spectrometer suitable for comprehensive metabolomics analysis for a variety of biological specimen and novel CE-MS method development. Additionally, the ion trap is capable of pseudo MS/MS analysis with single ion monitoring (SIM) for characterizing small molecules.

Capillary Electrophoresis Ultraviolet Detection System

The P/ACE MDQ Capillary Electrophoresis System and HPG1600AX 3D Capillary Electrophoresis system enable high efficiency separations of small molecules for a wide range of complex matrices using UV absorbance. Applications of the CE system include analytical method development for the separation of strong cations and anions in a variety of sample matrices to performing large scale epidemiological studies. These systems are primarily used for metabolite and electrolyte analysis by CE using direct or indirect UV detection.
